What You’ll Do
- Monitor daily platform activity and act on supply gaps
- Onboard and support merchant and courier partners
- Track operational metrics and report on trends
- Coordinate between support, marketing and engineering
- Improve the playbooks the team runs on
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years in operations, logistics or a similar coordination role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and dashboards
- A bias toward fixing the root cause, not just the symptom
